I love May 2013!!!
May was a fantastic month!
Richard finished his last day of Medical school and we celebrated by
jumping on a transatlantic cruise from Ft. Lauderdale to Gibraltar, Spain, France, and Italy ending our trip with a few days in the Cinque Terre and Rome!! It was a wonderful escape and the only thing
that made us ok with leaving was coming back to Avery, the Barbers, and the
entire Talbot family to celebrate Richard's graduation.
Richard's graduation evolved into the Fantastic Talbot
Family Florida Vacation and it was phenomenal.
It was such a gift to all be together and to be celebrating Richard's
amazing accomplishments with all of his family and a lot of mine. We had a
wonderful whirlwind visit and hit up A TON of the "Florida
highlights" to included 3 cities (Ft. Lauderdale, Tampa, and Orlando), 2
theme parks (Busch Gardens and Universal's Islands of Adventure) and 1
wonderful, relaxing day at the beach.
Next time, we promise it will be more relaxing... maybe...
After the visit, Ryan was kind enough to stay and - once again - help us move, this time to Tampa!
We closed on our house and officially became homeowners.
So, the year of craziness has come to a close! We're finally out of
suitcases and boxes, and so amazed at how well everything has come
together.
Now it's time for painting,
mowing, and staying put! Richard has a
few weeks until his training starts, so we're jumping right in. We're so excited for all the fun things to
come! :)
