Things are going well in the world of medical school. Richard finished his OBGYN rotation and has moved on to Pediatrics...a fitting progression. We'll start looking for his elective rotations soon and are excited for that phase of school!!

Adding to this growing belly was a work conference I attended this week (abt 16 wks). It was a really enjoyable few days with really delicious food. I was able to visit with my team and explore a beautiful resort. It was a great break from the craziness that has been my work life since around June. I'm so thrilled to have completed the last project I was on and grateful to my Heavenly Father that He sustained me through it. Richard was amazingly supportive as well, but it really was exhausting - physically and mentally - and I'm glad it is over. While at the retreat, I couldn't help but imagine the place if I were here with the Barber or Talbot clan. It would be such a fun getaway!
